On July 30, 2021, at approximately 5:43 pm, the suspect, who was driving the vehicle depicted in this video, Failed to Stop and Render Aid (F.S.R.A.) after striking a cyclist in the 800 block of Preston Ave. Several citizens came to the aid of the victim; however, she ultimately succumbed to her wounds.
