Our sweet old man Carl! If you remember- Carl was found in the same area as Duckie— abandoned, lost and forgotten, but not anymore! He had a wonderful Christmas thanks to his amazing foster @cakesnpie He still loves to be outside, but he’s learning that humans can be safe and loving.
