Persian Shirazi Salad ❤️ truly one of those salads I can’t get enough of… From what I’ve learnt from Persian friends, the trick is dicing the tomatoes, cucumber and onion very finely so you get a bit of everything on each bite. Also, sour grape juice is what is used instead of lemon but I didn’t have any but definitely need to try it that way!
