The difference in bodyweight strength is absolutely black and white. There’s no way I could do what I do now with an additional 12min of body fat.. 🚨 Top tip: To be light you need to loose some weight. If you are heavier then you want to be, eat less. If you do this, you will perform better.. #mobility
