We were recently alerted by a kind member of the public that a very young pine marten kit needed help after its mother had sadly not returned.😔 Our fantastic volunteer Ian arranged the transfer to us at the end of April and since then, this little kit has been in the expert care of our Wildlife Officer, Phil. Phil has been hand-rearing and when the kit first arrived into our care, he was only a couple of weeks old and still had not opened his eyes. Thankfully the kit was in good health, though
