ON OCT. 23, THE OLD WISE COUNTY COURTHOUSE BECOMES NEW: County Judge J.D. Clark takes us inside the restored Wise County Courthouse ahead of its grand reveal and rededication ceremony. The building, originally designed in 1895, is ready to shine again. The celebration begins at 10 a.m. at the southwest corner of the Decatur Square. If you hear bagpipes, it’s time to find your seat. After the ceremony, the public can enjoy open house tours until 2 p.m. Trust us — the courthouse is stunning inside
