The Best Ever Potato Soup When you think of a good potato soup, you think of a creamy bowl of comfort. And that’s exactly what this recipe is and more. The potatoes and carrots are cooked together first then combined with an ultra creamy bechamel sauce that makes for an absolutely rich and creamy soup. This one’s a keeper and it’s better than any recipe we’ve ever tried. 4 c diced peeled potatoes 1 carrots diced 1 garlic clove minced 1 tablespoon chicken @betterthanbouillon 1 teaspoon kosher sal
