Building the Fireball rental table frame takes more than welding it takes precision. We start by propping the tubes on tower blocks,fixtures, and 1-2-3 blocks so everything is square, parallel, and perfectly aligned. Weld placement is critical. Too heavy in the wrong spot, and the frame warps when clamps come off. A few smart stitch welds are all you need. While fixtured, we reinforce the fork pockets with strengthening plates to keep them from bowing or deforming. See the full build video now o
