Tempe PD says a man was shot in the abdomen in the parking lot of Casey Moore’s Oyster House near Ash Avenue and 9th Street.

A quiet Surprise neighborhood was shaken after police say a father shot his 3-year-old daughter. The girl remains in critical condition.
