T he Miami Dolphins signed cornerback Jack Jones and waived Ryan Cooper Jr. in a corresponding move, the team announced Saturday. This move comes after veteran defensive back Artie Burns tore his ACL during the first practice of training camp.

The Dolphins plan to sign 31-year-old, seven-year veteran cornerback Mike Hilton, who spent his last four seasons with Cincinnati, the Sun Sentinel has confirmed.

Jones, a 27-year-old, 5-foot-11, 175-pound corner, started 21 of 42 career games played.

Defensive back Mike Hilton, who played the past four seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals, is signing with the Miami Dolphins, per multiple reports, including from NFL.com.
