A 12-year-old boy has been charged and another person is on the run after allegedly stealing a car from a driveway in Perth and leading police on a wild chase through the suburbs.

A high-speed police chase on Cape Cod ended in a crash that required the driver of the alleged vehicle to be hospitalized.
