Pittsburgh police officers heard the shots on the 1600 block of Forsythe Street around 9 p.m. Those officers found multiple shell casings outside one home, and a second one was damaged.

One homeowner said he paid the contractor more than $10,000 for a deposit and part of a payment, and he only tore up the decking boards before no longer showing up.
