Snow should start to wrap up by parts of the afternoon- but blowing snow is possible as more of those wintry wind gusts stick around. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for much of our region that will go in affect at 1am on Sunday and last until 7pm.

Sunday morning will be the warmest this week with lows only dipping to the mid 60s. However, a cold front will bring rain, making it a FAWD.

A cold front that moved through Saturday morning has unlocked the cold air, and temperatures are falling down from here. Frigid conditions that could have impacts to your normal routine has sparked First Alert Weather Days for Monday,

Sunday morning, wind chills will be in the single digits, and temperatures will feel below freezing for the next three days.

First Alert Weather Days have been issued from Sunday to Tuesday due to an incoming Arctic blast. North Texas is expected to experience significantly colder temperatures and potentially hazardous conditions during this period.

A strong cold front is still on track for Saturday morning as Arctic air returns to North Texas. Temperatures will only be in the 40s on Saturday, with a strong northerly wind making it feel like it’s in the 30s.
