NBC Chicago reports that protesters surrounded a van trying to leave the facility. Armed guards attempted to move the crowd back and detained one individual. Later, Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton and Chicago Alderman Byron Sigcho-Lopez showed up to join protesters.
