The AP top 25 poll pushed the Crimson Tide down five spots, dropping Alabama to No. 18 after the Crimson Tide was ranked No. 13. Alabama also fell to No. 18 in the coaches poll after having been ranked No. 12.

Led by NBA Draft prospect Labaron Philon, the Crimson Tide rebounded from a loss to Texas over the weekend with a win on the road.

Well, Alabama thought it solved the latter of that duo when Hollywood Smothers committed to the Crimson Tide earlier this week. The onus then turned to the WR position when Isaiah Horton decided to transfer. The No. 21 Alabama women's basketball team (17-1, 3-1 SEC) won its third straight game at Missouri on Monday, 74-63. Senior guard Karly Weathers scored a career-high 23 points and combined with teammates Ta'Mia Scott and Jessica Timmons for 21 total rebounds.
