In the app on Android, you can tap the new People tab to show the locations of any contacts that are sharing their location with you. You can also switch to a tab that shows who you’re sharing your location with and gives you options such as changing the duration you share your location with someone.

Google's Find My Device app has received an update that allows location sharing with friends and family. The update is powered by Google Maps, so if you've already set up location sharing there, you will see friends and family in the app. Otherwise, you can initiate location sharing from within the Find My Device app now.

Google is rolling out a new patch for the Find My Device app that brings a new "People" tab beside "Devices." The tab lets users quickly share their location, similar to Google Maps, with contacts, showing battery percentage and name.
