Luxury phone maker Caviar has unveiled a $12k jewel-incrusted iPhone 16 Pro Max which you probably don't need to buy for your loved one.

The iPhone 16 series is here, all the way up to the flagship iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, it's a very expensive smartphone that you'll want to keep safe from scratches and drops, and this new model won't be compatible with existing iPhone 15 Pro Max cases.

Since then, Apple has released updates that finally switched on these features. There’s more to come in the spring, but there’s enough in place that I can say that while the iPhone 16 Pro Max's hardware is mostly great, Apple Intelligence is mostly meh.
