A Phoenix-based flight attendant was the victim of a deadly stabbing on Denver's 16th Street Mall, according to her representative.

An American airlines flight attendant with close to 40 years of experience, Celinda Anne Levno, has died following a tragic stabbing incident in Denver, Colorado. Levno, of Phoenix AZ, was in Denver during a layover when she ended up being the tragic victim in a brazen murder.

Denver7 spoke with loved ones of Celinda Levno and Nicholas Burkett — the two people killed in the 16th Street Mall stabbings — to learn more about their lives.

Denver Police identified the second death victim as 34-year-old Nicholas Burkett. Earlier this week, 9NEWS learned the other person killed was named Celinda Levno.
