An innocent bystander at a “No Kings” protest in Utah was shot and killed by a “peacekeeper” who was aiming for a different man pointing an AR-15-style rifle toward the crowd, witnesses told Salt Lake City police.
Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, 39, a Samoan-born fashion designer, was participating in an anti-Trump protest in Salt Lake City on Saturday when he was shot by a man working security, the police said.
Protestors numbering in the thousands have begun their march at Scissortail Park, heading to City Hall. The lines of people are stretching across several blocks. The Oklahoma City "No Kings" protest march begins at 9 a.m. at the corner of Oklahoma City Boulevard and Hudson Avenue.
The estimated 70,000+ peaceful demonstrators had various grievances with the Trump administration, but immigration policy was the prevailing theme.
