Officials in southeastern Pennsylvania are blaming a freak woodworking accident on the death of a man in his late sixties.

Firefighters and medics were called to a home in Bucks County for a report of an industrial accident and found a 60-year-old man stuck inside a wood chipper. The man died from his injuries.
