The Duck River is one of the more popular rivers in Middle Tennessee for fishing. Bass fishing legend Charlie Ingram spoke with News 2 about what makes the river special.

ONEIDA (WLUK) -- It's being called a celebration of the season. The 31st Annual Oneida Fishing Ceremony took place Thursday near the banks of Duck Creek.

At Henry Horton State Park, Samantha Davenport and her fellow park rangers host school field trips and teach classes to children on the river.
