The fan base was split on whether that deal would be good business for the Celtics or whether that would be an overpay by the franchise.

The Boston Celtics officially signed second-round pick Max Shulga to a two-way contract on Wednesday according to the NBA transactions log. Shulga was the No. 57 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft that Boston acquired in a deal with the Orlando Magic.
