US President Donald Trump said he and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are aligned on trade and Iran after a Tuesday call, which came amid signs of disagreement.

Donald Trump has said he will not let Israel drag the US into a war with Iran. In comments published on the eve of a third round of nuclear talks between Washington and Tehran, the US president said he thought Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, “may go into a war” with Iran.
