Registered voters in the city of Midland who want an absentee ballot for the February 3 Special Election must submit an application by mail or email no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, January 30.
Voters in Stephens County who want absentee ballots mailed to them for elections in 2026 should apply now, County Election Board Secretary Shawnda Seely said.
