The base model of the 2025 Mac Studio comes with a 14-core version of the M4 Max chip, a 32-core GPU, and a 16-core Neural Engine. By default, it comes with 36GB of memory and 512GB of storage, ringing up for $1,999.

For the first time ever though, Apple is offering the Mac Studio with two different generations of chip. The entry-level $1,999 Mac Studio is powered by the M4 Max, while the more powerful $3,999 Mac Studio is the only Mac to ship with the M3 Ultra.

Connections available on the 2024 Apple Mac Mini include three Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-C ports, an HDMI port, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Gigabit Ethernet, and a headphones jack. That’s right, Apple abandoned the AUX input on iPhones years ago but its still alive and well on the Apple Mac Mini.
