With the successful launch of the Twist-O-Flex band for the Apple Watch last year; Speidel began to receive a considerable volume of consumer requests for a similar Fitbit compatible option.
Speidel’s roots in Rhode Island date back to the early 1900s. It built a headquarters on Ship Street in the Jewelry District in 1912. It became well known for its Twist-O-Flex watchbands.
Maybe it’s genetic. A grandfather’s first cousin invented the Speidel Twist-O-Flex watchband (imagine that pretzeling into a Claes Oldenburg megalith).
