WWE announcer Joe Tessitore announced that Punk is not cleared coming out of WarGames at WWE Survivor Series. The announcement came after a recap of Punk’s rivalry with John Cena. Punk, the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion, took the pinfall in the match after getting hit with a stomp by a masked man and a spear by Bron Breakker.

A mystery man levied an attack on CM Punk on Saturday during Survivor Series: WarGames and Liv Morgan returned to help Dominik Mysterio.

In past years, the shark cages sat atop the entrance stage, but this year, there was no stage at all. Fans arriving at Petco noticed a much tighter entrance setup positioned near the Padres’ home dugout.

This injured WWE star has been tending to his injury for months, but he was supposed to be in the WarGames match instead of Drew McIntyre.

There is said to be some “creative contention” regarding the entrance order for the Men’s WarGames match tonight at WWE Survivor Series.
