Carolina Hurricanes forward Taylor Hall signed a three-year, $9.5 million contract with the team on Wednesday.The deal will begin next season for Hall, who is in the final campaign of a four-year, $24 million contract he signed with the Boston Bruins.

The team announced the signing after the Hurricanes closed out the New Jersey Devils in their first-round playoff series.
