Nebraska officials describe challenges fighting massive wildfires, but assure they have the resources they need.

The Morrill Fire, described as the largest of the active fires, has burned through nearly 600,000 acres — grazing land that supports an estimated 35,000 cattle.

Gov. Jim Pillen, and several officials from Nebraska and Federal organizations, spoke to the media on Monday to give an update on the various wildfires around the state, and the steps being taken to help try and contain them.
