Celeste Rivas, a teenage girl from California, has reportedly been identified as the victim found inside an impounded Tesla registered to singer d4vd.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office also responded to two calls at a Cypress home that public records list as owned by d4vd’s family. Both calls were false alarms.
The LAPD searched a house linked to D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, overnight on Wednesday, ABC reported. Law enforcement sources told the outlet that the musician had been staying at the house but did not own it. ABC reported that detectives were seen taking a computer and other items from the home.
A cause of death remains pending for the 15-year-old girl, identified by the coroner as Celeste Rivas, who was 13 when she went missing last year.
