COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - An investigation has been launched following a shooting that resulted in one person being injured. According to the Columbus Police Department, officers responded to the 2900 block of Airport Thruway in response to the incident. No arrests have been made at this time, and the victim’s condition has not been disclosed.
The suspect was arrested without incident by the U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) on June 12.
